....... or are the flies in Arkansas really stupid?
I'm from Georgia so I know that with warm weather comes the pesky flies. I just have a much different memory of trying to kill them.
Harper really likes to play outside. I will let her go out our back door and play in the back yard. She usually doesn't like to go out alone, but sometimes if I let her leave the door open, so that she can hear and see me better, she'll play outside long enough for me to get some dishes done. She almost always forgets to close the door when she comes back in. Which means that lots of flies get in. Yesterday, there were just too many flies in the house. I got the fly swatter expecting a serious battle to try and kill these bugs. The flies would land and I would get them in one try. It's almost like they wanted me to swat them. They didn't even try to fly away. I killed 4 in like 10 minutes.
My conclusion is either 1) Arkansas flies are just a little bit slower than average or 2) My reflexes are greatly improved when I'm pregnant.
