In My Dreams....

First of all, I would just like to say that I wish my uterus was actually as roomy as the animation in the side bar portrays. It is really starting to get cramped up in there. Ryan and I are sure that this child is going to be an acrobat or something. It's like a combination of Mia Hamm and Laila Ali in there. This girl is wild!

Next...I have always though that I have pretty weird dreams. I think most people do (when they can remember them). I have dreamed that I have had lobsters on my pillow and invading my bed. I had a dream where there were crocodiles swimming in the foyer of our old house in Powder Springs and I had to climb up the banister to escape them. My dreams get pretty weird. I've shared some other dreams that I have had since I've been pregnant on here too. Well the other night I had one of the weirdest ones of all!

To preface the dream I need to remind you all that the NBA playoffs are going on right now, so obviously we are watching them. With that being said, here goes...

My dream takes place in some kitchen in some house somewhere. I am sitting on the counter of an island in the middle of the kitchen. There are some things cooking on the stove. Well, all of a sudden Kevin Garnett walks up to me, places his hand on my belly and starts rubbing it. I don't pay any mind to him and I am acting like this is a normal occurrence. If you're not weirded out already, prepare yourself. Along with the rubbing, he starts to sing and talk to my belly. He is also referring to the baby as 'Nina'. I have no idea why. That is not even a name that we have considered. Anyway, it was a very tender and sweet moment between Mr. Garnett and myself.

One of the things that make this dream so strange to me is that I don't even think that much of Kevin Garnett. I mean, sure, he's a great basketball player but I don't think he's that attractive. If it had to be someone from the Celtics, I would have picked Rajon Rondo or Ray Allen (and Ryan knows this). I am just surprised that is was Kevin Garnett and the feelings and emotions that were involved in the dream.

So, there you have it.
